Leider sehr unzufrieden. Positive: Die Wohnung ist in der innenstadt . Negative: Wir mussten ungefähr 70 Treppenstufen hinaufsteigen, um die Wohnung zu erreichen. Beim Duschen im Badezimmer im ersten Stock lief das Wasser nicht ab, sodass das Badezimmer innerhalb kurzer Zeit unter Wasser stand. Außerdem tropfte Wasser von der Dusche im ersten Stock in die Küche darunter. Im Schlafzimmer gab es zudem eine feuchte Stelle an der Decke. In der gesamten Wohnung roch es unangenehm. Darüber hinaus stand eine neue Spülmaschine im Wohnzimmer, die jedoch nicht angeschlossen war. Insgesamt fanden wir die Wohnung auch nicht ausreichend sauber. Unter diesen Umständen waren wir mit dem Zustand der Wohnung sehr unzufrieden.

Positive: Розташування прекрасне, у старій частині міста, поряд ресторанчик, до моря хвилин 15 спокійною ходою, пару сходинок треба здолати, щоб дістатися помешкання. У помешканні чисто, у кухня повністю обладнана. Negative: Треба урахувати, що на першому поверсі трохи чути запах сирості (якщо планувати двготривале перебування для людей відповідної категорії)

Positive: The property was in the most beautiful area of the old town. The property was modern, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. It was a real home from home. I would definitely stay here again. Our host was responsive and very helpful. Negative: Everything was wonderful

Worst Apartment ever stayed in Positive: The bathroom was clean Negative: The location was terrible , up 60 odd stairs on a alleyway that had a continuous stream on noisy drunks until the early hours of the morning. Even closing the shutters over the double glazed windows did not alleviate the noise. The alley smelt like cat or human urine. Apparently over 1000 people per day during summer walk up this alley The bed was an uncomfortable memory foam thing with a memory foam topper that gave no support We could not find any information about any appliance in the apartment. The stairs to the bedroom where narrow and dangerous with no handrail The furniture downstairs was dirty old and disgusting. All needed a good clean if not a replacement The photos do not really reflect the quality of the apartment

Positive: Klein maar fijn en modern neutral ingericht. In de Wijk Santa Cruz. Negative: Alles was prima voor ons verblijf van 2 Nathan. Houd rekening met de vele treden die je op moet naar het appartement. Uitdagend met koffers maar ook na een avondje stappen downtown
